Cameron Macdonald
The pioneer of The Pilates Method in Annapolis over 7 years ago, Cameron Macdonald has finally found her “home” with the opening of PrecisionPilates in Eastport. During the last 7 years, Cameron has developed, opened and managed many Pilates studios in Annapolis and the Baltimore/Washington area.
With over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Cameron discovered Pilates in 1997 when a colleague suggested that she try Pilates to help her with her own overuse injuries. After only a few lessons, she was hooked!
Cameron completed her formal Pilates training at the acclaimed Pilates Studio in Boulder, Colorado where she received her certification in 1999, shortly before moving to Annapolis.
In 2003, Cameron was invited by Peak Pilates, the leader of Classical Pilates Education and Equipment to join their team as a Peak Trainer. Since then, she has conducted over 20 Peak Pilates Certification Courses nationally and has trained and certified more than 30 Peak Pilates Trainers.
Cameron’s knowledge and intuition comes from the 20+ years of working with individual bodies. Her will and desire, to help others achieve a balanced mind and body, is her passion.
Cameron invites you to experience overall fitness with the peace of mind that The Pilates Method offers.
Amy Lange
Amy Lange was first introduced to The Pilates Method of exercise in the mid 1980’s when she was a graduate student in
Modern Dance at the University of Utah. Upon completion of her MFA in 1990, she moved to San Francisco to dance and
continued her study of Pilates with Elizabeth Larkam and Mercy Sidbury. In 1993, she moved to Boulder, CO, and entered The
Pilates Center’s Teacher Training Certification Program. Upon completion in 1994, Amy continued to work at The Pilates
Center, first as a certified instructor, and then since 1998 as a lecturer for their Certification Program. Amy has been offering
Continuing Education Workshops since 1999, across the United States, France and Israel. In addition to these workshops, Amy
currently is the owner of Pacific Pilates in Encinitas, CA.
As an accomplished dancer and rock-climber and having grown up involved in many sports, including swimming, gymnastics,
and ski-racing, Amy finds the Pilates Method to be the best cross-training for life. In her teaching, Amy brings a playful
curiosity to exploring the unknown, emphasizing the release of the external body in order to allow core stabilization through
oppositional energy. Less is more. She finds that through external release, bones are more easily moved, range of motion is
increased, and internal strength is maximized. Pilates, thereby, helps people recover their physicality and the confidence instilled
restores their vitality.
Eric Paskel
Hey Everybody, thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me! I have to tell you that what your about to read I don’t care to much about, it certainly does not define me nor is it any real accomplishment, what I am most proud of is caring about others which may not seem like much but coming from a recovering ego maniac with an inferiority complex it’s huge. So, I am going to write some gratuitous bullshit about myself and if you think it’s cool, than please get your ass to class.
I am the creator of Xflowsion which is a flowing combination of Yoga, Martial Arts and Dance. It is an ass kicking, sweat dripping, class that I guarantee will be the most fun you will ever have working out, and the best part is anybody can do it! There is no other class like this on the planet, it like being at a concert, camp fire and rally all in one. If you are looking for a yoga class on steroids this is for you. The class has attracted a ton of press that includes Shape, Self, Us Weekly and many others, go to xflowsion.com and check out the DVD’s and more.
I am very proud to be Co-Owner of the Yoga Shelter. We have four locations in Michigan throughout metro Detroit. I created Sanga Yoga, which is all about being real. In other words our teachers are not afraid to be themselves we do not teach from a pulpit or believe that because we teach we are more together than our students, in fact it has been my experience that yoga teachers are some of the most screwed up people on the planet. Our teachers simply facilitate a safe, fun, and warm environment for students to get whatever it is they are looking for. Go to yogashelter.com and check it out.
Ok I know you have been waiting for the full dossier here it is: I have trained hundreds of teachers, led retreats and work shops all over the world which include Costa Rica, Mexico, Belize, and India to name a few. I was the inspiration for the book Real Men Do Yoga, I was commissioned by Chrysler to lead work shops for their executives and over 13,000 employees aimed at lowering their stress levels and increasing productivity, I have been the subject for many different articles in local and national newspapers and magazines, I have an infomercial set to come out in early 08 for Xflowsion and last but not least I probably exaggerated while writing this, damn mind got the best of me, so in an effort not to get to out of control I will stop writing.
There you have it everybody, please remember that if you want to know me this has not helped you but showing up to class and introducing yourself will. I am so grateful to do what I do and with out the support of so many truly wonderful people I could not. Whatever class you come to whether Xflowsion or Yoga I will do whatever I can to ensure that you walk out feeling your best. Thanks again for checking me out, happy trails..

Elizabeth Fletcher Brown, has successfully made a living as a solopreneur, doing what she absolutely loves, for over 20 years.
She is the owner of Life Mastery International, a coaching, training and consulting company dedicated to supporting
entrepreneurs in establishing an inspiring vision of their future success, developing a strategic framework to get there, and
developing the leadership and team-building skills that will ensure the manifestation of their personal and professional goals. She
also loves helping self-employed professionals stand out from the crowd and be recognized as masterful in their field.
Elizabeth believes that we each have something unique to share with the world, and doing so will lead to us being more vibrant,
dynamic and enthusiastic in all areas of our life. She integrates this philosophy into every aspect of her work.
In her first career as a professional dancer, Elizabeth performed extensively on Broadway, film, television and in print…. in
New York City, London, Tokyo and LA.
One of her more unusual assignments resulted in her being featured at Madame Tussaud’s Waxwork Museum in London. And
some of her most fun jobs were performing with various artists, including Janet Jackson in NYC.
She said, “What this stage of my life taught me was the importance of following your dreams, the art of being persistent, the
meaning of discipline, not taking rejection personally, the importance of working together in a team, knowing when to take the
stage as a leader and shine and when to be a supportive follower, how to work with “prima donnas” (literally)… and so much
more.” All of this became the foundation for her future business successes.
As an accomplished public speaker and facilitator, since 1989 Elizabeth's workshops and seminars have acted as catalysts,
assisting others in practical ways of bringing greater purpose to their lives, exploring new possibilities, and cultivating the skills
and confidence in themselves to go after what they really want.
Elizabeth is the creator of The Massage Business Center, a virtual university for massage therapists and healers to learn
business skills. It is consistently ranked at the top of the search engines.
She has also created a very successful year-long mentoring and coaching program for women self-employed professionals in
the helping and healing arts.
Her most recent online adventure is a quirky and fun community for women, CrankMama.
Her Personal Quest is to understand what makes people tick. What inspires them to go beyond the ordinary to achieve the extra-
ordinary.
When she was 21 years old Elizabeth left behind her family, friends and everyone and everything she knew in Scotland to move
to New York City, and to a country where she knew nobody, to follow her life-long dream of being a professional dancer. This
adventuring spirit still lives on in her today!
